As a Customer Experience Manager at our store our General Manager, to recruit and develop a high-performing team of Customer Experience Representatives.


As CEM, you would cultivate an environment that promotes authentic best-in-class employee and customer experiences and be guided by our culture and our mission of adding joy. Your role would be one of collaboration, innovation, inspiration, support, and coaching and in doing so, you would help to create and sustain a high performing culture focused on delivering sales and profit goals. This job requires candidates to both delegate tasks and perform them themselves. As such, the successful candidate will be able to lift up to 40 pounds on a repetitive basis and be on their feet for an 8 hour shift.
