Service and Product Consultant
Overview
Reporting to the Store Manager the Service and Product Consultant (SPC) is
responsible delivery and execution of in-store Client Care:
- Handling all post-sale in-store support for clients
- Liaison with the internal servicing partners
- Driving secondary revenue
- Supporting overall store operations
Responsibilities
- Handling all post-sale in store support for clients
- Handle all service inquiries within the store's control- returns, repairs, loaners, DOA exchanges, software upgrades, phonebook transfers
- Provide product advice and assistance for all lines of business (including wireless, TV and Internet)
- Handles client escalations and acts as liaison between the client and Client Care
- Complete administration related to service transactions and activities such as loaner phone, RTIS and repair processes
- Liaison with the internal servicing partners
- Is the main store contact for servicing partners; follows up and communicates with partners regarding active transactions
- Follows through and completes these transactions with urgency Driving Secondary Revenue
- Takes every opportunity to offer additional services to clients to improve client retention.
- Provides advice for add-on products such as accessories, additional services, or anything else to improve the post-sales experience
- Supporting overall store operations
- Maintain current knowledge of product, service and promotional offers by participating in training and coaching initiatives
- Complete in-store inventory in accordance with all operations policies and procedures
- Ensures cash control in accordance with all operations policies and procedures
- Organize and maintain backroom including stock and other assets
Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent mandatory; post secondary education an asset
- One year retail sales and client service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with technology such as computers, mobile devices and digital merchandising
- Quebec Only - Bilingualism in French and English
Working Conditions
- Flexible to work day, evening and weekend shifts, based on business needs
- Flexible to work with a 35km radius of original store of hire
